How do I register on the site?

Registration is simple. Just simply click on the Signup link and select a username and password.
Email is unique for each username. So once registered, You cannot use the same email for registering again. Preferably use the centre's email id.
As soon as you register, you will be logged into the system but you still have to complete your registration by adding your profile information and centre or centres for which you desire to fill the Questionnaire. This information will be approved by CCMT team and you will be notified of approval in the email used for registration. Once approved, you can start filling the Questionnaire. For communication email, a seperate id can be added in the profile section.

I have forgotten the email id & username for logging in? How do I retrieve it?

You can use the Contact form without logging in and send us your sufficient details to locate your profile e.g. full name, centres, profile mail, etc. to locate your information in CCMT database. CCMT shall send you your email and username in the profile email or on your mobile. you can use the username and email to reset your password and log in

For which months and year can I fill the Questionnaire?

Questionnaires are to be filled for the current financial year (generally 1st of April of current year to 31st March the following year). After the last month of the current financial year, you will be able to submit Questionnaires till the Cut off Date. After cut off date is over, there will be a closing period and subsequently in the new financial year you will be allowed to enter the Questionnaires. Your centre will loose the marks for the months for which Questionnaires are not sent before the cut off date for the current financial year.

I am sending Questionnaires in paper format. When can I start filling Questionnaires online?

Online filling of Questionnaire can start any time of the year. However, you can only fill the questionnaire for the current year active in the system. Hence, if you have not filled in questionnaires for previous year, please complete them in the paper format and send them. Please note that Once you start filling Questionnaire online, if you send a filled in Questionnaire in paper format, then it will not be entertained.

Why am I not able to submit Questionnaires even though I have answered and saved all questions?

It is not mandatory to fill all the sections. Fill only those which are required. However there is one more step after saving the record using Save button.
For each section, if you have filled in information, first save content. This content should be reviewed by Swamin or Brahmacharin of your centre (or a Senior Member if no Acharya is assigned). You or the Swamin/Brahmacharin has to press button Mark Complete after that.
If you want to skip one section you need not save the record. Instead just press Skip Question and proceed with the rest of the Questionnaire.
While sending the Questionnaire system will verify whether you have marked complete all saved questions and marked skip question for the sections left blank and not saved. Even if a single section is found having status as blank or new it will not allow you to submit the Questionnaire.

There are fields in online Questionnaire which are not there in paper one. Should we fill them?

These are additional fields provided to gather more information about the activities. They are not mandatory and donot contribute to the evaluation. But it will help CCMT and the centres in analysing where and how much additional effort is required in their activities

How does the Swamin/Brahmacharin/Senior Member authorise the online Questionnaire like paper Questionnaire?

There is no separate provision for Authorisation of Questionnaire as of now. The activity of Authorising however can be performed by Swamin/Brahmacharin doing the job of marking complete the questions after the sevak has saved them. Any section marked complete or marked skipped shall be considered as authorised by Swamin/Brahmacharin/Senior Member in online Questionnaire

I am not able to add Questionnaire as someone else has already created it. What should I do?

When you try to save, a message displaying the name and username of the person who has already entered the questionnaire for that month will be displayed. You can contact that person if known to you or the Swamin/Brahmacharin of your centre and request deletion of the Questionnaire/s created by him. If he has not submitted it for evaluation, he will be able to delete it from his dashboard. If submitted,nothing much can be done for those questionnaires. You can however fill the Questionnaires for the centre rest of the months. If the person is not known to anyone in centre, please inform CCMT so that the person's id can be blocked if required

I want to revise my Questionnaire but I have already sent it. How do I do it?

A submitted Questionnaire cannot be edited. However, you can send your query using form which opens with Query button located on extreme right centre of your screen. CCMT Questionnaire evaluator will mark the Questionnaire for rework and then you will be able to edit it if required.

My Bala vihar classes also have pre CHYK students? How do I segregate them.

The rule of thumb is to segregate based on the age groups specified on the questionnaire. But if there is no seperate group running then based on the age of majority of students, enter the details in appropriate group. e.g. If you have junior bala vihar and senior bala vihar but no pre CHYK as most of the pre CHYK students are in senior bala vihar, then if the majority of the students are of pre CHYK group, the senior bala vihar group should be mentioned in pre CHYK groups in the questionnaire. Also it is advisable to update their curriculum to pre CHYK curriculum if possible.

We dont have seperate Setukari Classes, but they attend Study Groups. How do I mention this?

It is advisable to segregate them into seperate setukari classes and start this group addressing their spiritual and intellectual needs. However, if there are not sufficient members then they can be clubbed in study groups and you can mention those classes under study groups section in questionnaire

I have recieved back my questionnaire for REWORK. What should I do now?

The questionnaire has been sent to you since some of the contents needs correction. Open the questionnaire, click on the Goto Question button and go to the question with status 'Rework'. There the comments section (or in the mail recieved by you) will have the instructions for the required change. Please do the necessary changes, save and mark complete. Then go to the last page and resubmit the questionnaire like any other new questionniare.

If I face a problem while entering data how do I inform?

Anytime while filling the Questionnaire, if you find difficulty, you can press the Ask a Question button on the extreme right centre of the screen to open a form. Type your difficulty and send your query then and there. CCMT shall get back to you on your profile mail very soon
